In my dream I could tell he was a great father and person in general, because I said some cheesy, corny, witty, funny, Marini-ish type of things, but he still accepted me, but even more than that, he loved my personality. It was like I was some endangered species, "A Tigger". lol All that to say, he treated me as part of his family, so nothing was strange, odd, or outlandish, just familiar to him like every day life, which really put me at ease. He started to ask me who my favorite artists are, and he got specific; he said anyone I don't listen to on a regular basis does not count, which was good that he said that. It was easily narrowed down to Corrine Bailey Rae; I love Patti LaBelle, but honestly I don't listen to her everyday. I listen to Coldplay and Corinne Bailey Rae every other day at least. lol I will continue the rest of my dream later... ...to be continued. ;)
I had an amazing dream that Chris Martin and Gwenny hung out with me in Ireland... They invited me to their home out in Dublin and we chatted about music throughout the night! Gwen was cool and especially Apple! Chris was a kindred spirit of course, even in my dreams, and he really cared about what I thought, and not just about his music. He was a deep soul in my dream, always thinking and you could tell his curiosity was always churning. When we did begin to talk about his music, I told him what my favorite songs by Coldplay are, and he chuckled because I liked the songs (Be careful where you stand, Strawberry Swing, Everything's not lost, We never change, etc.) He took me down to his studio and Gwen followed us around recording each moment, because Apple was having so much fun too! He slid onto his piano bench and started to play "Everything's not lost". We sang it for a while and then he asked me if I played any instruments, and of course because it was a dream, magically, an alto sax appeared, well actually, in the dream, his assistant brought me a tenor sax, but I had to explain that each sax is in different parts of the scale. I tried to play it anyway though, having to erase every note I knew from alto saxophone from my fingers and memory, because they are different. His assistant brought out an alto sax, and I started to play the bridge of, "Low" and "XY". I told Chris when I heard the bridge of low, at first I thought he was saying "off you go, ooooooooooooooohhhhh, oh, oh, oh, oh". Then I told him that even though I knew the words were "I feel low", there was one particular day I needed to hear what I heard. I began to sing it to him and he thought it was precious, so we sang, "I feel loved... OH Ooooooooooohhh, oh, oh, oh, I feel loved..." It was a great experience.
